Coach McBride has been playing or coaching rugby since 1990 with his first head coaching position at Minnesota State University-Mankato in 1998. Interestingly enough, he is a former head coach of the Black Katts when he taught at Winona State back in 2002-2003. Coach McBride has played with many teams over the years from both Minnesota and Wisconsin with his last team being the Faribault Boksprings RFC. Coach McBride lives in Wabasha Minnesota and teaches Communication Studies at University Wisconsin -Stout. Coach McBride holds certifications in USA Rugby Training & Education and is currently coach certified with National Collegiate Rugby.
